1. Who we are

2. Accepting these terms

By accessing and using this website, and by requesting a quote or engaging our services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the site.

This document sits alongside the Privacy Policy and the Cookie Policy.

3. Our services

Visience provides digital marketing and web development services, including but not limited to: business websites, online stores, branding and visual identity, social media management, Google and Meta Ads campaigns, SEO, content marketing and software development.

The details of each service, and what each package contains, are set out on the dedicated pages of this site and in the quote sent to each client.

4. Quotes and prices

The prices published on this site, including on the Pricing page, are shown in US dollars and represent starting levels for each type of project. The final price is set through the individual quote, based on the complexity and requirements of the project, and is confirmed in writing before work begins.

We do not charge hidden costs: everything you pay is stated in the quote before you sign or pay anything.

5. Payment

Payment methods and terms are set out in the accepted quote or in the contract. As a rule, projects are paid with a deposit when work starts and the balance on handover, unless something else is agreed in writing.

6. Delivery and acceptance

Delivery dates are estimated in the quote and depend on the complexity of the project and on how promptly the client supplies the necessary material and feedback. A project is considered accepted once the client confirms it or, if no reply is received, within 10 working days of handover.

7. Intellectual property

The content of this site (text, graphics, logos, images, code) belongs to Visience or its partners and is protected by copyright law. Reproduction without written consent is prohibited.

Rights over the deliverables produced for a client (website, visual identity, graphic material) transfer to the client once the project is paid in full, unless otherwise agreed by contract. Visience reserves the right to show completed projects in its own portfolio.

8. Client obligations

The client undertakes to supply accurate and complete information, the material needed for the project (text, images, account access where applicable) and to hold the rights to use the material provided. Visience is not responsible for content supplied by the client.

9. Limitation of liability

Visience takes all reasonable care to deliver quality services, but cannot guarantee specific commercial results (search engine positions, sales or lead volumes), as these depend on external factors. Visience's liability is limited to the value of the services contracted.

The site may contain links to third-party websites. Visience is not responsible for their content or their practices.

10. Data protection

How personal data is processed is described in the Privacy Policy.

11. Governing law and disputes

These Terms and Conditions are governed by Romanian law. Any disagreement is to be settled amicably and, where that is not possible, by the competent courts in Iași, Romania.

Consumers in the European Union may also contact the Romanian National Authority for Consumer Protection (anpc.ro) or the European online dispute resolution platform (ODR).

Visience may update these terms. The current version is published on this page, with the date it was last updated.
