Alfa Land Residential Park is a development in Botoșani with flats ready to move into. That was also the main argument, because it changes the conversation completely: people are not buying a promise, they are buying a flat they can move into.

We put up front the fact that you can move in straight away, then the types of flat and the area. Anyone searching in Botoșani compares few developments, so the page answers the questions that decide it: what size, what floor, what it costs and when they move in.
How it is organised
