Grand Beetle — New flats in Iași
About the project
Grand Beetle is a development with new flats in Iași. We worked from the mark through to the website, in the same stretch, so that it all came out of one piece.
The brand
The name called for a mark that sticks, so we went with the creature in the name and took it to a form that works small, on a hoarding, and large, on the facade. The palette sits on dark tones, so the evening renders come forward.
The website
The page starts from what people are after: how many rooms, what floor, what it costs and where it is. The rest — the features, the area, the build stage — comes after, in the order the questions get asked on the phone.
How it looks on a phone
More than 9 in 10 people open a website on their phone, so that is where it is decided. These screens come from the site as it runs today.
