Picolina Bucium Residence
About the project
Picolina Bucium Residence is a development on the Bucium hill in Iași, with flats and houses, in a quiet area. We worked on it from the mark through to the material on site.
The identity
The palette runs on warm tones with a gold accent, and the mark brings together the hill the development sits on and the idea of neighbourliness. The colours were chosen to carry well on paper as well as on screen.
The website
The site shows the types of home and the area around, with a short route from any page to the form. It was tuned as the questions came in from the campaigns.
The campaigns
We ran on Facebook and on Google. Vistory report, on their own case page, more than 1,000 leads gathered over four months of promotion.
The printed material
Beyond the online side came the things you can touch: folders, letterheads, business cards, calendars, mugs, caps and t-shirts, street banners and vehicle graphics. All on the same palette, so they are recognisable from a distance.
How it looks on a phone
More than 9 in 10 people open a website on their phone, so that is where it is decided. These screens come from the site as it runs today.
The project ran together with Vistory, who also have their own case page for Picolina.
