Amodelic — Design & Consultancy
About the project
Amodelic is a design practice in Iași that covers a construction project from the first consultation through to support during the build: architecture, structure, building services, ground studies, expert reports and BIM modelling. A good part of the work is public investment — town halls, schools, community centres — where whoever is looking for a designer first looks at what has already been delivered. They needed a site that could hold up that kind of conversation and explain each phase in the client's own language.
The visual identity
We built the identity starting from what they actually send a client: drawings, renders, documentation. The logo sits on top of those without competing with them, the same on paper as on screen. The logo and the palette work equally well on printed documentation and on screen. Everything else online follows the same rules.
The website
The site is split across the five lines of work: consultancy and planning, design, studies and expert reports, site support and BIM services. Each has its own section on the services page, with a direct link from the menu and the phases listed the way they happen in reality — from concept note and feasibility study through to technical design and construction details. The portfolio sits separately, so somebody from a town hall can quickly find work comparable to their own.
Notices and recruitment
The practice works a lot with funding, so the site has a notices section where the open funding lines for communes, towns or public buildings appear, plus a subscription for anyone who wants to be told about them. The careers page sits on the site too, with the roles they look for most often — architect, structural designer, building services designer — so applications come straight to the practice's own address.
The online presence
We connected the site to the Facebook, Instagram and LinkedIn pages and carried the same tone across: delivered projects, stages of work, people on the team. For a practice that works with public institutions, it mattered that the information was the same everywhere and easy to check.
How it looks on a phone
More than 9 in 10 people open a website on their phone, so that is where it is decided. These screens come from the site as it runs today.
We built it to grow with the practice: the portfolio, the funding notices and the open roles change often, so we left all of them in the practice's hands, without having to go through us.
