Vlaicu87 — Neighbourhood & Park
About the project
Vlaicu87 is a residential development built by Zinan Investment Grup on Aurel Vlaicu street in Iași, put together around the idea of a park-courtyard with no cars in it and the parking taken underground. The project needed somewhere people could quickly grasp what makes it different from an ordinary block and ask the sales team for details directly. We worked with Vistory on the identity, the website and the campaigns.
The project identity
We started from the three things the developer repeats in every conversation: the courtyard with no cars, the building materials and the service hub inside the development. The name comes from the address, so we built the identity around the number 87, in a calm tone and without exclamation marks. The same visual line then runs through the ads and the rest of the material online.
The website
The site follows the path a buyer actually takes: what is different about the project, what the park-courtyard looks like, what materials go into the build, what services sit inside the complex, how the two and three-room flats are laid out. Every section ends in a next step — see the layouts, book a showroom visit, ask for a quote. The form goes straight to the sales team, and the conversation can carry on over WhatsApp.
Building progress, out in the open
On a development still under construction, the hardest question stays "where has it got to". We built a progress section with photographs and footage from the site, the stages of phase one and the date of the last update, so people can check for themselves without ringing. It is the part of the site designed to be updated often.
The campaigns
On Google we cover the searches for new flats in Iași, and on Meta we work the stage where people are still reading up and comparing. The ads send you to the right page — two rooms, three rooms or building progress — not all of them to the home page. The campaign wording keeps the same tone as the site, so nobody lands somewhere that feels like a different project.

How it looks on a phone
More than 9 in 10 people open a website on their phone, so that is where it is decided. These screens come from the site as it runs today.
Vlaicu87 is being built in phases, and the site and the campaigns move at the same pace. We add sections as new phases arrive and shift the emphasis onto whatever is on sale at the time.
