Evergreen Towers — Residential development
About the project
Evergreen Towers is a residential development in Iași built around an idea you can see from the street: plants on the balconies, on every floor. That was the starting point for everything we did, from the mark to the ads.
The identity
We started from the idea of green that lasts and used the infinity symbol, woven together with the line of the buildings and with the plants on the balconies. The mark works small, on a site hoarding, and large, on the facade.
The website
A development sells on what can be seen, so the site is built on image and film, not on text. Every feature has its place, and people can go through the lot without opening a PDF.
The campaigns
We ran on Facebook and on Google in parallel and moved the budget once we saw which argument landed: the green concept, the location or the price per square metre. The campaigns changed month to month, as the data built up.
Social media and video
The video side came in because a development under construction needs to be seen growing. The clips were made to answer the questions that were coming in the comments anyway.

How it looks on a phone
More than 9 in 10 people open a website on their phone, so that is where it is decided. These screens come from the site as it runs today.
The project ran together with Vistory, who also have their own case page for Evergreen Towers.
