About the project
Lapis Residence is a development in the Galata area of Iași, with one, two and three-room flats finished turnkey, sold directly by the developer. At that scale the question is not whether people come, but which message brings the right person for the type of flat in stock that month.
What we took over
We came in on the Meta side, on a project that was already running. That changes how you work: you look first at what has worked and what has been spent for nothing, then you cut and rebuild.
The creative
We started from the existing material — renders, drone photography, the identity of the development — and built the layouts on it. Each set tests one argument at a time: the floor area, the price, the location or the build stage.
How the monthly work runs
The campaigns move as things sell. When a type runs out, the budget goes to another, and the creative changes with it, so the ad does not send people towards something that no longer exists.
How it looks on a phone
More than 9 in 10 people open a website on their phone, so that is where it is decided. These screens come from the site as it runs today.
The Meta side runs month by month, tied to what is available in the development at the time.
